General Information About The Campus

Office Hours

University of Illinois administrative offices at Urbana-Champaign are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m., except on all-campus holidays which are indicated in the Academic Calendar.

Information Center

An information center, available to visitors to the campus, is located in the north entrance lobby of the Illini Union. The center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, when classes are in session.

Small group information sessions about the campus are available at the Campus Visitors Center in Levis Faculty Center, 919 West Illinois Street. Visitors are welcome between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Programs are at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding campus holidays.

In compliance with the reporting requirements of the federal Student Right to Know Act, the six-year graduation rate for first-time freshmen entering the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the fall of 1994 is 76.4%.
