Undergraduate Admission: ADMISSION OR RETURNING DENIED BECAUSE OF MISCONDUCT
NOTE: This document was generated from the 1995-1997
UIUC Programs of Study.
Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, but be advised
that requirements may have changed since this book was published.
Errors may have also been introduced in the conversion to a WWW
document. Thus for items of importance, it might be wise to seek
confirmation from either the paper version or a live human being.
The University reserves the right
either to deny admission or return to any person because of previous
misconduct that may substantially affect the interest of the University, or
to admit or permit the return of such a person on an appropriate
disciplinary status. The admission or return of such a person will not be
approved or denied until his or her case has been heard by the appropriate
disciplinary committee. This applies to persons not now enrolled in the
University who might apply for admission or wish to return. A favorable
action of the appropriate disciplinary committee does not abrogate the
right of any dean or director to deny admission or return on the basis of
scholarship.
