Students who register after the
first day of instruction in any semester, including University staff and
persons who submitted admission applications too late to be processed
before the first day of instruction, must pay a Late Registration Fine of
$15 (amount subject to change). (This fine is not covered by scholarships
or tuition waivers. It may be waived under exceptional circumstances upon
petition to the director of the Office of Admissions and Records. The
petition form is available from the Registration Services Office, Window
